The design is defined by clean geometry, flowing forms, warm neutral tones, natural textures, statement lighting, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Architecture

The exterior presents a distinctive modern identity through its sculptural façade and sweeping curved forms. White architectural bands wrap around the upper levels, contrasting beautifully with darker textured surfaces and creating a sense of movement across the elevation. Generous balconies with transparent glass railings enhance the openness of the residence while providing shaded outdoor spaces.

Large glazed openings introduce abundant natural light into the interiors, while the carefully composed façade balances privacy with visual transparency. The combination of soft curves, sharp contemporary lines, landscaped edges, and mature greenery gives the home an elegant presence that feels both bold and welcoming.

Interior Design

The interiors follow a contemporary luxury language with an emphasis on spaciousness, understated elegance, and functional detailing. A restrained palette of ivory, beige, grey, warm timber, and metallic accents creates continuity throughout the residence, while carefully chosen furniture and feature surfaces give each room its own personality.

Polished stone flooring reflects natural and artificial light, adding brightness and a sense of scale. Full-height curtains, concealed air-conditioning systems, recessed lighting, linear ceiling details, and custom-built furniture maintain a clean architectural character across the home.

Dining Area

The formal dining space is designed as a sophisticated gathering zone centred around a large stone-top dining table and comfortably upholstered chairs. Above it, an expansive suspended light installation creates a dramatic focal point while maintaining a delicate visual presence.

Neutral wall finishes and floor-to-ceiling curtains keep the backdrop calm and elegant, allowing the lighting, furniture, and natural material finishes to define the space. The result is a dining environment suited equally to everyday family use and formal entertaining.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom has been conceived as a private retreat with an individual material and colour identity. Upholstered statement beds, full-height feature walls, custom bedside units, soft curtains, warm timber doors, and integrated lighting create a comfortable hotel-like ambience.

Large windows bring daylight deep into the rooms, while neutral flooring keeps the spaces bright and spacious. Select bedrooms incorporate dedicated study or work areas, providing practical functionality within the overall interior composition.

Kitchen

The kitchen embraces a sleek, highly functional contemporary aesthetic. Dark stone-textured cabinetry and wall surfaces are balanced by expansive white countertops, creating a strong monochromatic contrast.

A generous central island provides both preparation and cooking space, while built-in appliances, full-height storage, integrated display cabinets, concealed lighting, and a suspended extraction system contribute to the kitchen’s streamlined appearance. Warm illuminated niches soften the darker palette and add a sense of depth.

Dressing & Wardrobe Area

The walk-in wardrobe has been designed as an elegant dressing gallery, with extensive full-height storage positioned along both sides of a central circulation path. Glass-fronted wardrobes, timber interiors, metallic framing, integrated lighting, mirrors, and dedicated display shelving create a premium boutique-like experience.

The generous layout provides extensive storage while retaining visual order and ease of movement.

Prayer Room

The prayer room introduces a more intimate and spiritual character to the residence. A custom decorative backdrop featuring the Om symbol forms the central visual element, complemented by warm natural tones, botanical motifs, suspended decorative lights, and a minimalist storage console.

The composition creates a peaceful space for reflection and worship while remaining harmonious with the contemporary design language of the home.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms make a dramatic statement through the extensive use of richly veined dark stone surfaces. Continuous stone treatment across walls creates an immersive and luxurious environment, complemented by illuminated organic-shaped mirrors and refined sanitary fittings.

Light-coloured vanities and sculptural washbasins provide contrast against the darker background, while integrated lighting highlights the natural movement and texture of the stone.

Design Concept

The residence represents a balance between architectural expression and everyday comfort. Curved exterior forms establish a recognisable identity, while the interiors use material richness, customised furniture, controlled lighting, and thoughtful detailing to create a cohesive luxury experience.
